Message from our CEO

As the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of First Nations Finance, I am immensely proud of the work we are doing each and every day to increase the commercial participation of First Nations businesses. 

Delivering a suite of tailored business lending products to help your business thrive, we are equally focussed on creating job opportunities for Indigenous individuals, within vocations typically inaccessible. Opportunities that are both sustainable and rewarding, setting them up for the future. As a company, we are also committed to reaching our target of 40% employment of First Nations people. 

We are delighted to be working with our investment partner Remara Capital to establish a training and development program for both tertiary and secondary qualified First Nations employees, with the aim to improve their skills and experience within finance, banking and asset management. I am deeply appreciative of the support we continue to receive from our customers that enables us to make the difference that we do. 

Our motivation and inspiration stems from one of the people I valued most, Pauline McLeod, with 20% of all profits going directly to the Pauline E. McLeod Foundation. This allows us to generate and provide real, authentic, genuine and sustainable value to the next generation of First Nations Peoples. I would like to thank every one of you for supporting First Nations Finance.
